A qualified AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) professional, Louise has a proven track record of managing complex operations within high-stakes environments. Her career includes serving as a Business Support Manager for Newham Social Care and as a Programme Manager at King’s College London, where she honed her skills in strategic planning and financial oversight.
As Business Manager and Bursar, Louise oversees the school’s financial health and operational efficiency. Her love for numbers ensures that LVBS remains a sustainable and thriving environment for young artists. Beyond the balance sheet, she is deeply committed to the school’s charitable mission, ensuring that the behind-the-scenes infrastructure supports every student’s journey from the studio to the stage.
Having attended Performers College Juniors in Essex from the age of 3 to 16, Louise understands firsthand the dedication required to succeed in vocational training. This personal history, combined with her work as a Women’s Empowerment Coach, fuels her desire to help others reach their full potential. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive, transparent, and empowered culture for staff and students alike.
